3rdShiftVideo will provide one access right to access the Site and its materials for which Subscriber is purchasing a membership.

3. Billing
Altiris.co, EPOCH.com, CCBILL.com or SEGPAY.com or Vendo.com may appear on Subscriber's credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges. If Subscriber elects to use a checking account to purchase a subscription to this site, a debit will be executed on their checking account.

4. Payment / Fee
The Sites may have periodic subscription fees at the time of the initial enrolment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms and conditions of such Site.

5. Automatic Recurring Billing
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Site subscription fees may be automatically renewed at or after the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time and for a similar or different amount, unless notice of cancellation is received from the Subscriber. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes 3rdshiftvideo to charge subscriber's chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

6. Electronic Receipt

7. Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by either: 3rdshiftvideo, the Site, or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, by chat, or by telephone. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred until the date of the termination.

8. Refund Policy
Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used subscriptions or any record of log-ins to the site. Refunds and credits will not be provided for non-use or partial use of a membership through no fault of the Company. All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Approved refund and/or credit amounts will be made at management's discretion. In the event a refund is approved, the funds will be applied back to the form of payment of the original transaction. No cash refunds, check refunds or bank transfer refunds. No refund can be made on Gift Cards.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

An unconditional 30-day money back guarantee will be issued due to the inability to deliver satisfactory services. 6. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Remember your password! For security reasons, the Website will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

Copyright
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted and licensed by the Website and may not be copied, or redistributed, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of, the Website unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

Force Majeure
